You know , after graduated from local university , my weight is only 57 kg on the year 2002 .I'm so thin at this moments . But now I'm 70 kg after 4 years . I'm looking so fat now and my hip sieze is 33 inches . Now I'm looking and thinking of effective diet and I want to control my food :)
